Simone's Thoughts - Sorry, yesterday was hubby's bday and spaced on posting today's sweep till right now.

This is the 3rd year they have done this, so maybe its officially an annual sweep...

Note on this one, make sure you already live in or are willing to move to one of the locations of the homes, or I guess you could always try and sell it. Another thing to consider, you only have $200,000 and many of their homes are much more than that, so it does really limit which of their developments you can live in.

Simone's Thoughts - Really the Dream Home by HGTV takes the cake on slimmest odds of an online sweepstakes, but this one isn't far behind. That being said, someone has to win and if you don't enter, you can bet it won't be you.

Simone's Thoughts - Ahh the dream closet. This makeover would completely over-value our home. As much as I start drooling when I think of $10k I could spend at Zappos, I will be refraining from entering this one for tax reasons. I just can't justify paying taxes on essentially $15,000 worth of shoes and closet. Not to mention, I have no clue where I would come up with that money for taxes and it would be heartbreaking to try and sell shoes I won.
