Simone's Thoughts - This one is a little confusing as it doesn't really specify in the official rules whether the boat is used. But it is a 2008, so I can only assume that Billabong has been using it as their promo boat and trailering it around the country - who knows how many actual running hours it has. Still its a boat and I figure I could always renege on the prize if I find out it is ratty and in horrible condition.
