Simone's Thoughts - Sorry, yesterday was hubby's bday and spaced on posting today's sweep till right now.
This is the 3rd year they have done this, so maybe its officially an annual sweep...
Note on this one, make sure you already live in or are willing to move to one of the locations of the homes, or I guess you could always try and sell it. Another thing to consider, you only have $200,000 and many of their homes are much more than that, so it does really limit which of their developments you can live in.
